Fernanda was born in Mexico City but has lived in various places such as Connecticut, Puerto Rico, California, and Stockholm. She attended Boston College, where she earned a B.S. in Psychology. Prior to joining the Florence Project in 2023, as an undergraduate, Fernanda worked with children in a Spanish-bilingual after-school program and also studied abroad in Utrecht, Netherlands. Since 2023, Fernanda has been with the Florence Project as a legal assistant in the Children's program. In her spare time, Fernanda enjoys reading, baking, and traveling to as many new places as possible. These hobbies reflect her curiosity about different cultures and experiences.
