Emmanuel joined the Florence Project in January 2023. He was born and raised in the island of Puerto Rico, where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 2021. In his spare time, Emmanuel enjoys the outdoors, nature, and spending quality time with his family. Emmanuel believes that kind and consistent acts make meaningful impacts on people’s lives. A strong sense of justice and equity drives and motivates him to fight for universal human rights. Through his professional work and social relations, he strives to help fellow human beings throughout immigration and asylum proceedings with the ultimate goal of positively changing their lives.
