Arumy Flores Rendon

Arumy has been a team member of the Florence Project since April 2024. Before joining the Florence Project, Arumy spent two years working at a non-profit organization providing advocacy and supportive services for victims of crimes. Before her time there, she spent two years as a legal assistant for an immigration attorney’s law firm. In October of 2023, Arumy received her paralegal certification from the University of Arizona. She is passionate about advocating for and helping underserved and vulnerable populations. Through equitable efforts, she hopes to help individuals become empowered to become advocates for themselves.

Outside of her role, Arumy enjoys spending time reading books and drinking coffee. Arumy is a mom of a four-year-old German Shepard. When she is not reading, drinking coffee, or with her German Shepard, she can be found at the gym working on herself or spending quality time with her family and her fiancé.
